1. Account Governance
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and verifiable credentials. You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your session and password. Any unauthorized activity should be reported immediately to our support team.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features (including full AI question paper synthesis, institute OMR processing, and full-length NEET/IIT-JEE mocks) require an active Pro or Enterprise subscription.
- All subscriptions are billed securely via Razorpay.
- Prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly noted.
- Plan renewals or cancellations can be configured through your subscription dashboard anytime.
3. Content & Academic Integrity
All practice questions, blueprints, mock tests, and AI explanations are synthesized for personal educational preparation and classroom teaching. Educators retain copyright over papers created with custom curriculum inputs.
4. Intellectual Property
The M100Edu brand, algorithms, UI components, OMR recognition pipeline, and software architecture remain the intellectual property of M100Edu and its founders.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad / Telangana.
