Account Deletion & Data Removal Request
Irreversible Data Deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. All your academic records, attendance history, active logins, and settings stored in the M100Campus360 system will be permanently erased. Local face recognition embeddings are generated on-device using Google ML Kit and are deleted automatically when you uninstall the app or clear app data.
Method 1: Immediate Deletion via Mobile App (Recommended)
The fastest way to remove your account and all associated data.
You can delete your account directly from within the M100Campus360 app by following these steps:
- Open the M100Campus360 app on your mobile device.
- Tap on your Profile tab or Settings icon.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request on the prompt screen to instantly delete all your data.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form
Submit a manual deletion request to our support team. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
